Draft order: 6th. Written last, once the other parts exist and the claim has been tested against them. Writing it first would produce a promise the parts then have to keep.

The problem

Running agents on a real engagement is not the same problem as running agents on a codebase. The work stalls on judgement, design input and decisions — not on review capacity.

The mechanism

The claim, stated once: every stage produces an artefact that declares who it is for, what binds, and how it is proved done.

Then the map of the eight parts and what each carries.

• Why tooling is Part 8 and not Part 1.

What it cost

Scale of the engagement the material comes from, stated plainly and without the client — duration, one operator, the size of the record. Re-read every figure before it goes in.
